Lads and Dads* 2008

 

In November we held a week of events to encourage 'dads' to help with reading and to support dads in finding out more about what their lads do at school. Dads are encouraged to hear their lads read every day during the week, to visit the school for an afternoon of art activities and to join in on Friday morning to spend time in the classroom and take part in out 'Lads and Dads Week' celebration assembly.

 

*Dad is any older male with links to the family including; grandfather's, uncle, older brother, partner or family friend.
